Guest guest
Raspberry Smoothie Soy Milk and Splenda Smoothies are fresh, flavorful and healthy. Here's a recipe for a soy milk smoothie that is delicious, and the raspberries make it great in antioxidants. Plus it's low carb! Ingredients: 1 cup vanilla soy milk 1 cup ice cubes 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 Tbsp Splenda Mix all four ingredients together, then blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Servings: 1 glass Carbs per serving: 7g The soy milk we use is only 1g per cup so the other 6g are from the raspberries. Yes this is a bit high for people in induction, but for regular low carb eaters who are at 50g or more per day, this is the perfect treat or dessert. Plus those raspberries are REALLY worth eating considering the huge antioxidant benefit they bring.
