When my appetitie returned, it really returned. No, I cannot hold as much, but I sure do get hungry. I tried feeding it water, LOL. and MORE water! Then, I have to eat. Barb B. When I was first diagnosed I worked on 4 meals a day, with a snack about 4, or having dinner at 6pm or before, but now I can eat at regular times. Are you following an ADA diet, or going low carb? I started with the food pyramid that the dr. gave me, but soon learned that low carb eating was more satisfying and better for my bs. Good luck to you, Cindy
