When my appetitie returned, it really returned.

No, I cannot hold as much, but I sure do get hungry.

I tried feeding it water, LOL.

and MORE water!

Then, I have to eat.

Teri,

Once my bs got more under control my appetite also got under better

control. When I was first diagnosed I worked on 4 meals a day, with a

snack about 4, or having dinner at 6pm or before, but now I can eat at

regular times.

Are you following an ADA diet, or going low carb? I started with the

food pyramid that the dr. gave me, but soon learned that low carb eating

was more satisfying and better for my bs.
