Guest guest
An uncomfortable symptom I've had recently is severe anxiety. I just had several teeth/root canals removed. There was a couple weeks in between extractions that my headaches and anxiety lessened. Now I'm finished and it's back full force. I'm getting ready to begin chelation. In the meantime, does anyone have any tips to get rid of anxiety in a natural way? Anti-depressants worsen my headaches. I've tried calcium/magnesium, kava, and St. 's Wart. I'm thinking that anxiety is probably a more common side effect with mercury poisoning than other things (like headaches). I don't sleep too well either. But I don't do well with prescribed drugs. Any suggestions are appreciated. Marsha

My first suggestion is aerobic exercise--- in reasonably long quantities. 30 minutes a day of jogging (or equivalent) does wonders for my emotional state. The problem, (of course!!!) is that I don't want to do this consistently If you can manage to channel some of the anxiety into exercise (hard for me) I think you'll find it MUCH easier, and pretty quickly. It is the most reliable thing I know of (for me). I also listen to the CDs advertised at www.centerpointe.com. I find their marketing " sleazy " to put it mildly (that is an understatement!) but I really like their products. The introductory tape (about $200 I think) comes with a one-year money back guarentee. I realize this suggestion is a bit out in left field, but I use this and find it helpful, so thought I'd throw it in. (The tapes use sounds played in each ear separately to syncronize your brain waves and cause " deep sleep " brainwave pattern.) best, Moria
