Not always good with what I do and am definitely lacking lately. I KNOW I need to do the BG test before I eat and after to recheck what works and what doesn¹t. But I don¹t have insurance and need to get another meter too. Right now the strips would be a buck a piece. I am getting confused with the way everyone eats. Low carb high protein low meat more veggies what. Haha. What is Œnormal¹ anymore. Well ok longer than I wanted. Sorry. Yours -- The pleasure of love is in loving.
