Plymouth Rock Pizza

1 (4 serving) package Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Cook and Serve Pudding Mix

1 cup Ocean Spray reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail

3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese

11 oz can Pillsbury Refrigerated French Bread

1-1/2 cups (8 oz) diced cooked turkey breast

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large saucepan, combine dry pudding mix

and cranberry juice cocktail. Stir in cranberries. Cook over medium heat,

stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil and cranberries soften.

Remove

from heat.

Stir in cream cheese. Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool while

preparing crust. Meanwhile, unroll French Loaf and pat into a 9- by 13-inch

rimmed

cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Evenly spread cranberry mixture over

partially baked crust. Sprinkle turkey and walnuts evenly over top. Continue

baking

for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Place pan on a wire rack

and let set 5 minutes. Cut into 8 servings.
