Guest guest
Tina, It is in addition to my three meals a day. My breakfast is 1/2 cup egg beaters with 1 oz shredded cheese My lunch varies: sometimes salad, or 1/2 sandwich, or shrimp cocktail my dinner is 1 -2 oz chicken or fish or shrimp with 1- 2 bites of potato and 1-2 bites of fruit I started my protein drinks before my surgery and I have done them everyday since surgery. Well, almost every day. It is hard for me to do them on the weekend. Also, my meals on the weekends are not as stringent as they are during the week when I am at work!
