Guest guest
I was looking at the CJD State Maps and Victims Profiles and I wonder if it is up to date with everyone who looks at CJDVoice. There is only one victim from Riverside County, CA. Just wondering if anyone should put in more info.
Guest guest
I never really kept track to be honest. I do know that in the beginning I was averaging 10-15 pounds per month. But I never wrote it down in terms of how much by when. Huggles > I'm curious about statistics of people's weight loss journey. Guest guest
Warning, do NOT forget that Uncle Timmy is a GUY! Oh lord is he ever! Anyway, guys lose a lot faster than women do, so don't be discouraged if your stats are different from his. I have found that comparing numbers can be a double-edged sword. Yes, you can get an idea of how quickly people lose weight, but it can also become depressing if your weight loss is slower than theirs, than what your surgeon thinks it should be, than what YOU think it should be. I guess my advice would be to use it as a guideline, but don't beat yourself up about/with it. Guest guest
I do 2 - 3 30g shakes (Pro complex mixed with water) every day. I believe they are essential for the healing process and basically we need them for our protein requirements. Stacey Statistics > > > I'm curious about statistics of people's weight loss journey.
