I put the rest of the report on the first one but something happened. This

is the rest of the report.

I went to Gold's Gym to exercise but it was closed because of the 4th. I

don't think it opens again until Tuesday.

Hi, Lota, it's me again!

I have been comparing your list with

mine. That watermelon for 500kcals

was a whole meal! I assume that you

weighed only the part that you actually

ate which, at 10.6kcal/oz means you

ate 3 lbs of watermelon at a sitting!

Wow!

What I wanted to ask you was: Did you

feel satisfied at the end of the day?

There is the old saying that after

eating Chinese food, you feel hungry

again an hour later.
