Guest guest
dawn, How old is BJ? I was thinking he was 3-4 now... and if so, 26 lbs IS scary. Aren't you guys military? I'd give WR a call. Steph. [eosinophilic gastroenteritis] BJ's weight BJ's weight is down to a scary 26 lbs. He was up to 33 lbs. I think we finally got through to the pediatrician that we need to find him a GI who understands EG. He barely eats on most days, on the others he doesn't at all. The pediatrician says she totally refuses to put him on Prednisone but at this point, I think it would be the best thing. Guest guest
BJ is 4-1/2, he will be 5 in October. He has really been scaring me lately, sleeping all the time, losing weight. I think the ped is FINALLY getting alarmed. Dawn [eosinophilic gastroenteritis] BJ's weight BJ's weight is down to a scary 26 lbs. He was up to 33 lbs. What does the ped want to do if she won't try the prednasone. I can understand her hesitating, but if there is no other treatment, she should do something. Is she giving you a referal to a GI?
