Guest guest
Hey Marilyn, Thanks for rolling out the welcome mat, it's nice to meet you. It sounds like your plate is very full, that's great. I am from the suburbs in Indianapolis, IN. I tend to travel some with work, so yes, I eat out quite frequently. Since I've been on the pump. my life has become so much easier. I can eat when I want, sleep in when I want....and all I have to do is count carbs. And best of all, I can eat anything I want, which I haven't been able to do since I was a kid. I have a carb book that I take with me that has the carb counts for just about every major restauaunt in the country. I really don't cook much, but I enjoy it from time to time. I can only imagine being a child and being told " you can't have this or that " . It must feel like a cruel punishment. I am happy you are able to have life back to enjoy as it was meant to be enjoyed! Hugs, marilyn
