My suggestion would to be trying cutting out starchy foods. Bread, rice,

potatoes, noodles, etc. You can eat meat, non-starchy vegetables (especially

cruciates [cabbage, kale, broccoli, endive, Brussels sprouts, etc.]), and small

amounts of raw fruits (especially berries) with the skin on. It goes without

saying that candy and sweets are out.

[alldiabeticinternational] Hi to everyone

As the name of the group suggesests this group is for all diabetic

internationally. I was going thru the recipe's and most have

ingredients which are not internationally available, me being a

pakistani could probably get hold of the ingredients after research.

Would nt it be better if the recipe's have common ingrecdients

rather then brand names.

I am fond of eating and my sugar is always out of control. I hope I

will benfit from joining this group

Good Luck
