B Vitamins are great for you :o) Mine is A High Potency B " 50 "

it has the following

B1 50mg

B2 50 mg

B6 ( Pyrodoxine HCI ~ ( metabolism booster ) 50mg

B12 50 mg

Niacin 50 mg Another good get your blood going vitamin

Biotin 50 mcg

Patothenic Acid 50 mcg

Folic Acid 100 mg

Choline 50mg

Inositol 50 mg

Para Aminobenzoic Acid 50 mg

B 6 is VERY important in helping you eliminate water from your tissue

I know i sound like im on a herb/vitamin kick but i really beleive i wouldnt

feel as good as i do if it werent for the vitamins, and as for Vitamin C I

take 500 mg twice a day I rpobably should take more but I drink OJ and

Grapefruit Juice form the health food store with added Calcium potassium and

Vitamin E as well as extra C :o)

I have been taking 100mg. plus what is in my B-complex. The B-complex has

5mg.(of B-6) I am taking it to combat pms. I am also on a lot of other

stuff but I am feeling much better so whichever thing is working, I am

grateful as is my family!! Teena

I have the Doctor's Book of Home Remedies here and it says that B vitamins

are helpful for decreasing asthma attacks and elevating mood.

I take a B-complex that totals:

..8 mg Folic Acid

7.2 mg B1

7.2 mg B2

40 mg Niacin

7.2 mg B6

12 mg B12

30 mg Pantothenic Acid

Seems to really help - especially in the winter - I tend to be affected by

the decreased levels of sunlight, so I take a few extra B's then,
