Guest guest
<< There are 8 tablespoons in 1/2 cup or 24 tsp. For 1/2 cup splenda =12 carbos. That would be .5 per tsp. If the small packs are 1 oz =28 g. so for a 1 g pack of sweetener that is 1/28th of an oz. which is 6 tsp=1 oz divided by 28=4.6 carbs per pack.....Maybe you can use this formula to figure the other sweetners with.....Jean >> Now, this post I can read!!! Yeah!! Hugs to you Jean, I don't want to upset you!! And thanks for the info! Teena
Guest guest
<< It may be that I reply to some on the list and redo the info line. My mail sends in the form I recieve it . Either plain or html or rich. That may be what happens....Do you get gibberish or what?......Has anyone else had that problem with my messages? Jean >> I can read this message fine. It is not the text, it is a background behind your text. It is light blue dots and it makes it hard to read your posts. And when I reply to your posts, I have to change my background to white to be able to read it. Teena
