I print them and have started a recipe book titled Recipes from Marilyn and Carmen I made one of mexican recipes but I was at a weak point with my health and I am finding that spicy foods cause me much pain with pancreatitis. I have to take more enzymes now to help me digest my food. This is also effecting my daily insulin injections and using a sliding scale of units based on my bsl at the time.
