Guest guest
Hi my name is Cheryl and I'm 38 years old. I have had diabetes for 30 years and have been on an insulin pump for 16 years. My sugars haven't been the best lately. I just changed to a new doctor to start out all over again. The doctor I had I didn't like she was very rude to me and so was her diabetic educator. So hopefully I will be getting back on track and my sugars back to where they should be. Thank you for letting me join. Cheryl

That is another thing to drive your BG up. Have you tried any of Jo Lund's recipes? They are simple to prepare, good eating, HUGE variety...... You got the point! LOL She also has a pantry list in each of her books. That was wonderful when I first started her recipes. She is on line at HealthyExchanges, or in any book store or library I imagine. Let me know if I can help. Hugs, marilyn

Guest guest
I think it is great to have recipes in here. I belong to a group who puts recipes in and of course I can't have most of them. Now I have a group that I too can use the recipes.
