I take C to keep illness away and calcium to help with pms. I also take b complex and E, chromium, soy isoflavin, dong quai, b-6 and borage oil. I am thinking that I will stop taking the extra b-6. I probably get enough in the complex. Is anyone here going through the change now? I am only 33, I thought that I had pms but I am wondering if I am pre menopausal because I think I am just not producing enough estrogen. I have subtle signs of low estrogen not just pms. Anyone that wants to discuss this can email me privately since I think that there are men here and don't want to discuss some things in front of men, no offense!!
