Guest guest
I am SO moody today! This is my first day of Atkins. Is this normal? I am *itching at my POOR kids about everything...trying to get a grip but finding that difficult! I have a headache and am TIRED. please tell me this won't last a long time...Or is this something different? I always get somewhat grumpy when on a diet but not this bad...and it is always low fat so I grab a low fat candy bar or such. HELP! BAD MOMMY~ M. Mom of four wonderful children. I was hollering at the kids when they chased each other. I was really overreacting to everything they did. It went away though and I never felt tired or headachy. That may be a virus. Guest guest
your frustration is very normal. the good thing about this diet is that you can EAT. frustration comes when you deny yourself something you want. but reach for the chicken or hamburger or eggs and bacon and hopefully that will satisfy you. Is moddiness normal? > > >I am SO moody today! This is my first day of Atkins. Is this normal? I am >*itching at my POOR kids about everything...trying to get a grip but finding >that difficult!
