Guest guest
Judy, Try increasing the display resolution (Control Panel-->Display-->Settings tab). I'm at 1024x768 and am not having trouble reading the archives. They do extend all the way from screen-edge to screen-edge, but the contents of the messages are all visible (so far - I'm not all the way through the archives yet since I just discovered them). Hope this helps! -Joy
Guest guest
Judy: Godd idea about listing web sites. As the moderator of the list I think I can do something like this on the main page for the list. i will look into this this weekend. Guest guest
Hi Judy I have run in to the same problem with the text extending too far, I'm fairly new to computers only been online and using on for about a year. So, here is my guess I wonder if it has anything to do with the automatic return, you are essentially just typing on and on with without returning. Unlike the now pretty much obsolete typewriter! Well just a thought Connie
Guest guest
Thanks, I have only had this thing two months, so am really new. Have a lot to learn. Input is appreciated. Now I just have to figure out how to try it. Thanks, JUDY (ADULT GE)

Guest guest
Joy, Thanks for this suggestion. They do show up better although still not all the way across. Guess my screen must be smaller. Tiny letters too, I can deal with that though. Still would like to find a way to avoid it happening. Guest guest
Hi Connie, Not sure but may have found the answer to this problem. I had been using HTML. Someone mentioned to me that a lot of lists won't accept that. Anyway I switched to Plain text and my archived messages seem to behaving. I am not sure this is the whole answer, but it is worth a try.
