I just started on the diet for good yesterday and am doing well - no cravings today! I was down 1/2 pound this morning. I started at 184 and would like to be around 144 - maybe even 154 would be OK! I'm 5'7 " . The only problem I've had on this diet in the past is evidently not eating enough salad - not getting enough roughage - causing diarhea! So, I'm trying to avoid that this time! Guest guest Posted October 28, 1999 Report Share Posted October 28, 1999 Fran Thanks for the condolences about the Braves, I have been a fan of theirs even through the rotten years when they couldn't fill the stadium, just seeing them in the WS is thrilling!!! Yankee played very well, what can you do!! Your sound like your doing good. I hope you continue. This is the best WOL for me, I try not to weigh everyday though, the ups and downs really get me frustrated. However, on induction you can't help but do that it comes off so fast! Good Luck! No cravings is the most important thing for me - if I'm craving, I'm eating! At least I feel " in control " on this plan. I'm really loving all the recipes I see on this list - Chocolate Kisses, yum!!!! Later - after induction! The only problem I have is the water - I was drinking Diet Coke all day. Now, to ease my way into the water, so to speak!!, I'm drinking DC in the AM at work and water in the PM. I still drink Diet Coke at home. Will hit that when I can!
