I have pherpherial neuropathy, nerve damage in both arms and legs. Very painful

and hard to treat from what i understand. Hands and feet are very cold all the

time and hard to walk and use my hands.

Hi suz, does heat relieve your pain? Have you ever tried a bean bag type of

heating pad that heats in the microwave and lasts about a half hour? It is my

favorite one. A large size is fairly heavy, but is a wonderful thing to

place against a sore back or neck etc. Hugs, Marilyn
