Definitely cattle are being fed to pigs and chickens, and then those pigs and chickens are being ground up and fed back to cows. Beverly G. This would give them fatter cows and fatter profits. I am not sure when it started, but I assume it was about the same time that the rendering industry began. Beverly G.
