I am not going to totally cheat, but I do plan on eating some sweet potatoes,

if they turn our good!! :o) I can;t resist those!!! Yummy!!!

I will probably cheat!!! I will have 15 here for the meal so it will

be hard not to cook the traditional meal. I will probably make a pumpkin

cheesecake for me though!

My daughter and I have been on this WOL since September. We did a

" planned cheat " for Halloween (we both ate candy on the weekend, although

not an unreasonable amount, and I had popcorn, tons of it! LOL!) and then

got right back on the diet and were both glad to see we didn't gain

anything. We didn't loose either, but we were totally satisfied with our

" cheat/treat " and are planning to do the same on Thanksgiving. Not all

weekend, just on Thursday for our meal. We have been so good and are

loosing a steady 1-2 pounds per week. My daughter is only 14 and we are

both like you, sometimes it is the thought of a reward that keeps us

motivated to continue when we are having moments of weakness! (besides the

wonderful feeling of knowing your jeans are getting loose!) We will also do

the same for Christmas!

I am also going to do a planned cheat, at least somewhat, but I'm

going to try not to go overboard. I haven't cheated at all since I

started this WOE a month ago, so I feel entitled to a bit. I'm also

thinking I might bring a " legal " dessert for me - we're going to

someone else's house.
