Bruce, welcome to the group ,I am new about a month but it is a wonderful

group

I have had type 2 about 4 years now and it is a struggle every day to eat

like I should

some time I make it sometime I don't but still trying and this group helps a

lot

Thank you for the welcome!

Well, me too...Sometime I'm able to eat properly, but sometime due to

unhappiness, I end up eating more than I should. Hope to learn more from this

group.

I cannot afford a dietician so have to learn from my friends on line thanks
