Guest guest
Dawn, I hope Monday brings better news. Will send lots of positive thoughts your way. Keep your chin up and think positive. Sounds like she is determined to make that early entrance. Judy [eosinophilic gastroenteritis] Sad news! Well I am sooo upset. I just got back from the doctor tonight for my cervix check and tonight they decided to do an ultrasound. Well little Mackenzie (and definitely a girl now) stopped growing a few weeks ago. I am so sad. She is very small, measuring 30 weeks and I am 34 weeks. The doctor said she weighs less than 4 lbs and is very tiny for 34 weeks including that she has shown no growth since my last ultrasound 3 weeks ago. So, the plan is for me to go in on Monday morning and then get sent to the hospital with a NICU and perintologist who may decide to take her Monday. The doctor said he was encouraged with her very strong heartrate and activity but she is just too small for 34 weeks. Apparently, something is not working, she is not getting the nutrition she needs to grow. Please pray for my little girl!! Dawn-KS, mommy to Dakota, 7, former 34 weeker and aka BJ, 4, former 32 weeker, (eosinophilic gastroenteritis, Nissen, asthma, reflux), and mommy to Mackenzie Marie (due December 24)
