Guest guest
Debi, In Atkins carb counter book, it lists Dessert wine ad 7.9 carbs for 3.5 fld oz. and for table wine it is 4.3 carbs for 3.5 fld oz. for indigestion, I really don't get it too much any more since I started this WOL, I take sugarfree tums. I think your indigestion will clear up, however if it gets really bad and painful, call a Dr it could be a sign of something worse. It could just be your body getting used to the new diet. I hope that is it!! )!! Guest guest
Debi, I don't know anything about wine but my daughter who had heartburn all the time has not had it since going on this diet. I hope it will be that way for you. Martha Debi wrote: > > > Hello everyone, > > I'm on day 4 of the induction diet. Guest guest
Hi ! If it's any comfort to you, I experience a lot of thirst when I'm on Atkins. I don't know why this is, but I just keep drinking it. How long have you been on Atkins? The reason I ask is because I typically experience a lot of thirst when I first begin induction. I just started again after being off of Atkins for about 4 months, and I can't seem to get enough water! I wonder if it's because we're not eating other foods that contain water, such as fruits and lots of veggies. The important thing is to listen to your body and give it what it needs right now. Good luck! P. 151/151/135 10/12/99 At 01:46 PM 10/12/99 -0500, you wrote: > I have a question............. I have been drinking litterally gallons >of water. Guest guest
I have been doing this since Sunday morning. I think that is it. I asked a friend and she said it was because I was dehydrated before I started. That actually may be. My body is just playing catch-up. I finally am just moderatly thirsty. and have drowned myself in water today. drinking 2 gallons. (hopeful look) maybe it will wash all the fat out?
