Jo, asked me what I was doing to try and lose the weight. Just to offer more info, I alternate between running (about 3 miles) and taking spin classes almost every day of the week. I also take body sculpting classes about 3 times a week and go on a hike once a week. My diet has been better than ever. I see a nutrionist who has been invaluable to my health. I eat no more than 30 grams of carb in a meal, 15 for a snack. I have given up almost all refined carbs and now eat only whole grain, high fibre food. Other than fatigue from lack of sleep (my son is teething) I feel healthier than ever. I would just like to get rid of the extra 10 pounds but hey, it certainly isn't the worst thing I could be going through right now. All the best to you all and thanks again!
