Stress - how in the heck can you manage it?

I know that stress cause a lot of physical problems,

not only problems with bg, but I can't get a handle on

it. A lot is my personality, can you change that????

My husband seems to blow things off, but is he really

just internalizing it? I think the latter.

Watching three of my grandchildren the last few days,

stress in itself as I am not use to the clutter and

noise. My son told me he got a ticket for buying beer

for someone underage. I forget to pick up my daughter

with Downs Syndrome up from work, and another daughter

who just moved to Virginia called.

Food in the past has helped me with the stress. Now

that is out, how do people handle stress? It's not

like you can stop in the middle of watching kids to go

mediate. Writing at the library helps me and

sketching helps, but that all seems to irrate my

husband for some reason which adds more and more

stress.

Just trying to see what others do and see if it would

work for me.
