Guest guest
Liz, You know I NEVER thought of it that way but YOU are SO RIGHT!!!! UGH now I am sure my daughter will be even more pissed that nothing is done about this and we parents have to fight so hard for these kids. If you do not mind I am going to use what you said about this in regards to when I show The Theif In The Night Documentary about vaccines and autism and the FOX 6 investgated report about it at my Autism Support Group meeting. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. Oh and by the way I can not take credit for the write up...it was my 20 year old daughter that did the rant. BUT I agree with her whole heartly. God Bless You. ((hugs)) From: " " <Rabbitbrain@e...> Date: Fri Dec 10, 2004 11:45 am Subject: RE: [ ] I need to share this.... ADVERTISEMENT , I enjoyed reading your rant! Since sometime I think I am the only one ranting around here. I don't have any children with this problem but I am the sufferer and rant just the same about the things claimed to be SAFE in my own environment and from the things I purchase. Makes me awful mad to know I am paying to do myself in by buying products with concealed ingredients. I want you to know you are not alone in your ranting. My husband, unfortunately is the main person that hears the two hours long babble of frustration from me each time I discover something else. He is aware of how I connected my problems with the effects of mercury but he wasn't totally aware about the vaccination issue. He was at work and read something in the paper about the mercury fuss that is in the flue shots. Came home and began ranting to me about what he learned. I was proud he made a concerned connection but I smiled and told him that I know, and If I was to go on about that to you too you would never get to bed at a reasonable time. Talk around the office on flue shots were a big topic because if the shortage, and it effects everyone! Yes! I wondered if he was considering getting a flue shot. You mentioned this: >The number of Autistic people > is about half the number of AIDS victims, so you'd > think the funding for Autism programs would be about > half as much as AIDS programs, right? No. For ever $50 > AIDS research gets, Autism gets $1. One measley > dollar. I notice this occurred after many important people in society fell ill to this illness. Then the out cry begins. But when the average Joe was falling sick to this disease it was ignored. Just like when President Reagan suffered from Alzheimer disease. Now there is all this attention to donate money and find a cure because " Our Poor President " . What about the many generations of people before this guy? Where is the sympathy to these people of the past? And another J. Fox. Like he is the first person on the planet that suffered from Parkinson disease. Same old, same old. We just don't have enough FAMOUS children out there to bring about this kind of publicity. They don't care until a rich kid dies. And it is not likely they will die, just suffer their whole life with a fictitious label nailed onto them. I call this the modern day Dark Ages. By the way, my old dentist has a paper on the wall now informing pregnant women of the dangers of amalgam fillings. It is placed so that if anyone pregnant decides to have their teeth fixed, it protects the dentists ass against damages. This is the same dentist that told my husband and I that these fillings are harmless. Months later he tacked up that paper. Liz D.
