It was over in 20 minutes and I had to lie flat for an hour then just lie on the gurney and wait for the surgeon! It was the easiest part of the whole ordeal! Good Luck! le M. I seem to be having pretty good luck with it and glucophage and the I keep glipazide as a back up, glipazide is generic for one of the drugs, I forget which one... are you keeping track of the number of carbs that you are eating at each meal? I know it is a pain, but it is worth it, I have just started a diet where I eat only about 10 - 20 carbs per meal... I am trying to take some of this weight off... I am 5'2 " and weigh 240 pounds... I look like a pumpkin with legs...rofl.. Anyway, Glad to have you here, I belong to another group for diabetic's and will send you a invitation to join if you would like, we post recipes and life...
