Guest guest Posted October 11, 1999 Report Share Posted October 11, 1999 its a resistance based exercise..very good . theres springs and weights and you;re lying down while you use it.... it firms,tones and builds long lean msucles... burns off quite abit of fat too!. watch for it on qvc.i bet they have a web site too.
