Guest guest
Peach Crumb Cobbler Serves 4 (1/2 cup) If you like, you can substitute pears, apples, or berries for the peaches in this tasty cobbler. 2 cup fresh peaches, sliced 1/3 cup graham crackers crumbs 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp low-calorie margarine Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the sliced peaches in the bottom of an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. In a small mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well. Gradually blend in margarine and sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
