Ok, I probably ought to run away for saying this, but how about exercise?

Seriously, when I exercise I always get an endorphine high that beats the heck

out of food. Makes me feel better, especially if I am mad or depressed. It like

somehow making my muscles hurt and sweeting gets out of me whatever Im upset

over, and is better for my body.

Ive always been curious, are pork rinds really the fried fat of the pig or is

it just a name? Like Funions, look like fried onions but have nothing but

onion powder and stuff en them .

Yummy, I love icecream. Finding the right sugar-free one is hard when

they go so fast. A lot of people besides diabetics love these also.

This is a real treat in the summertime.

Turkey breast on pita bread. It is also very lean and healthy for you.

Whole wheat pita bread would be even better; or a low-carb tortilla.

I thought pork rinds where just that the rind of a pig or the skin of the pig

which is deep fried which makes it crispy. You're right about some of the

brands that they are more like no taste. The good one seem to melt in your

mouth and at times can have a strong pork taste to them.

Beverly in Northwest Florida who is between tropical storm bonnie and hurricane

Charley.
