I feel confident about them because is eight years old and he is able to tell me when he is not feeling well. Hopefully, this helps. I know that everyone is different and everyone reacts differently. I would love to try it in a pie type pastry.(We are on a wheat, dairy, peanut and soy free diet so we are limited but we are always willing to try new things.)
