Guest guest
Where can I find this and is it called Bag Balm? Thanks Bartlett, TN Joyce Ragels jragels2002@...> wrote: I did the same thing when I had some places on my face removed (skin cancer). I used the antibiotics the dr sent home with me the first day. Gave it until the next morning. The area was still red and the place didn't look that hot. I cleaned them off with peroxide and starting putting bag balm on them. I know they healed faster because the dr told me when they should be healed up. I was at least a couple days ahead of schedule. Bag balm does have some very good antibiotics in it and I can't say enough good things about it. It has been used for all kinds of cuts and even an ingrown toenail that got infected. Think about it. This was first used to heal sores from all kinds of causes on a cow's teats. The name of the game was to milk the cow and sell the milk. They couldn't afford to have a cow out of commission or one they couldn't milk. It worked so well for the cows, the farmers and dairy people started using it. The rest is history. If anyone doesn't have some in your house, make sure you get it. It should be part of every first aid kit. Guest guest
It is, as the name implies, for cow's udders; you should be able to get it from any farm supply house. If you can't find it locally, Dr. Leonard's and the Vermont Country Store both sell it through their catalogs. Re: [alldiabeticinternational] New Member Question(Joyce) Where can I find this and is it called Bag Balm? Thanks Bartlett, TN
Guest guest
Try a feed store, pet store, drug store, quilt shop, and even your local warehouse shop like Costco, BJ's, Sam's Club, whichever one is in your area. If that doesn't work, you may have to buy it online. http://www.bagbalm.com/ To find out more about it, just type in bag balm into the search area of your browser. BTW, since it because popular again, the price has gone up, so be sure to shop around. I've seen the very small tin sell for as much as the big one.
