Last week, I mentioned a site where I got carb charts (was that for you Mollie?) for all types of food and beverages. I found the page and here is the link. http://www.ncenter.com/carbcharts/carbohydrate_chart.shtml I'm taking up the Thanksgiving challenge - I want to lose 5 more lbs.. The timing actually works well for me because I'm going to be stopping the WOE about then in order to start a family. I don't know what Aitkins says, but I don't think this would be a very healthful diet during pregnancy. I'm planning instead to eat a well balanced diet that includes a healthy amount of carbs, probably along the lines of the food pryamid. Anyway - 5 more before then. Let's do it!!!
