Might I suggest substituting flax seed meal for the cracker crumbs?

More fiber, fewere carbs, and flaxseed oil helps control BS in a lot of

people.

Hi Bruce, how do you make the substitution? Equal amounts? Taste? Thanks,

Marilyn

I'd start with equal amounts and see how it goes; the taste is sort of

nutty.

How does it help to control the BS. The reason Im asking is Im taking it for

its cardio benefits because I can not stand the fish oil, and I havent seen a

difference. Is it because im a T1?

I don't know HOW, exactly--I'm not a physician or biochemist. I just

know that on my various lists people have reported that it helps. It is

also full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other good stuff.
