Guest guest
I don't get to check my e-mail everyday so I am a little late in responding but I don't want to forget anyone. > Date: Thu, 28 Oct 1999 19:38:55 -0700 > > Subject: Re: Hi, I'm new > > Great Vickie. The muscle weighs more than fat thing. I just want to look good. > Anyone else get a bad case of the munchies late at night? I have been EXTREMELY lucky, so far. No cravings for anything not allowed. I've had candy and potatoes waved in front of me and have no desire to even try a bite. The recipe for the Mashed Cauliflower looked very good and I ran out and bought some caul and hope to make it Monday with a roast chicken. > Message: 21 > Date: Thu, 28 Oct 1999 23:19:04 EDT > From: ORIGCN@... > Vickie: > > You and I are at about the same part of the diet and have the same vitals. I too have noticed the clothing difference and boy doesnt' it do great things for your morale. I would love to get rid of the tree trunks and have shapely legs. My father did diet over 20 years ago and lost 80lbs. Keep it off until past 5 years. Age and his love of food kicked in but his legs still look great. Shopping in the Non-womans sizes is coming soon. > Cyndy Thanks Cyndy. I have to shop in the J.C.Penney catalog to get BOTH talls and womens sizes combined. I like most of their clothes but I would like to get normal clothes (still for tall though) but the variety for Women are much less. I am 36 and a working women-I don't want to be wearing big flowers and such. I have fashion sense-I guess I need the body to match. Did you ever notice that size 20 pants have a HUGE gut on them? If they fit on my waist and are long enough, the front of the pants hang 6 inches down my crotch. I am big, not ridiculous! My 1st goal is to get to a size 18 and to be able to wear STANDARD size clothes. > Message: 24 > Date: Thu, 28 Oct 1999 23:45:50 EDT > From: Shadcat708@... > Subject: Diet Coke > > Ok, I knew this was coming, lets say all of us who need to quit drinking so > much Diet coke, make a challenge to cut down dramatically, or stop totally! I am drinking less though and really bulking up the water consumption.
