Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie

6 oz Keebler chocolate-flavored pie crust

4 serving pkg Jell-O sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

2/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder

1-1/4 cups water

1/4 cup Pan reduced-fat chunky peanut butter

2 tbsps mini chocolate chips (1/2 oz)

1/2 cup Cool Whip Lite

2 tsps chocolate syrup

In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water. Mix

well using a wire whisk. Add peanut butter. Mix well with whisk to combine.

Fold

in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

Spread Cool Whip Lite evenly over filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut

into

8 pieces. Just before serving, drizzle 1/4 teaspoon chocolate syrup over top

of each piece.
