Maybe thats my problem..I drink about 3 pots a coffee aday..maybe I rather

be fat then give up my caffeine.

I have tried..I need to break this habit...maybe I will try mixing 1/2 decaf

and 1/2 reg. coffee

Caffiene effects everyone differently, Some still have it and some don't, in

Atkins book he only suggests to stop using caffiene to break the addiction

and to use it sparingly after that, it can cause a stall, I don't think you

have to worry.

I drink the same amount. I just love my coffee! Iam lucky, it doesn't affect

my weight-loss.

That's what I did. I'm mostly decaf now, but I get really tired in

the afternoon. Of course I get up at 4:00 am....

I've started making iced tea again though. I drink tons.
