Not to mention all the other nasty chemicals in 'non dairy whipped

topping.' Interesting how we have to define it in terms of what it is

NOT rather than what it IS. Give me good, old fashioned WHIPPED CREAM

any day.

[alldiabeticinternational] RE: Strawberry Celebration

Yup. Not to mention the " fat-free whipped topping " that is also loaded

with

sugar.

Which usally has like 3 g carbs. Heavans I use it when I need a fix. So,

use some sugar-free or low-sugar jam and fresh strawberries.

I just wish there were good sites on recipes searches. AND information more

on what TO eat.

I wish we'd quit bitchin about the recipes she puts in. Ok I did once, but

you know, at least she is putting them ON here. Maybe we could each post

recipes that fit our own diets instead of criticizing what is put on here?

Just delete the thing and move on. Why put so much effort into complaining.

Negetive energy is bad anyway.

I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it

comes from within. It is there all the time.

Or maybe those of us who want recipes could join a list specifically

designed for just recipes. I hear there's someone who has tons of recipes

and a Yahoo list dedicated to just that ;-)
