OK! I am going to be funny here.... Actually, a have a special file in my

outlook that says " AlldiabeticInt. " that I file this lists posts to. The funny

thing is I have honored Marilyn with her own sub-folder titled

" Marilyn " .....and, yes I do check out all her recipes plus I subscribe to a

couple diabetic food magazines and Marilyn's recipes are no worse than many in

those magazines....Just remember substitute or elliminate where possible..For

those who may be interested---since I was curious---since June 2nd There have

been 1132 posts to the general list plus 768 post from Marilyn, a total of

1,900---now you know why Yahoo and some other ISP's had such a time with the

list-serve.....ROLF
