Guest guest
Interesting. But why would you eat a potato before you go to bed? Other than that.. Seems good. Where did you get this from and do you do it? I get so discouraged sometimes. It doesn't matter what I eat, when I eat how I eat etc. or heck, whether I eat. My BGS go high. So why bother. And what the heck is going on. Now this isn't ALL the time. But a lot. Ups downs heck. I'll go from 228 to 110 in half an hour. Oh well we do what we can. > From: alldiabeticinternational > Reply-To: alldiabeticinternational > Date: 14 Jul 2004 07:40:08 -0000 > To: alldiabeticinternational > Subject: [alldiabeticinternational] Digest Number 160 > > Date: Wed, 14 Jul 2004 01:28:30 EDT > From: dnevessr@... > Subject: Seven steps to eating great > > :Thanks Emma! > Seven Steps to Feeling Great > > > Here are the seven steps that will free you from the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. > Hyde Syndrome of sugar sensitivity. > > Don't try to do all seven steps all at once! > > Do one step at time. I got it from Emma at recipes4diabetes I wondered about this myuself, and decided it was because some get low BG's at night, to get them through. I tend to get dawn phenomon and my bg's go up because I do not eat in the mornings. If I have toast with peanutbuttger before bed, my morning bg's are lower.
