Guest guest
Remember (unlike me) that you can take DMSA orally for about 150 days after the fillings are all out. After getting fillings removed you can get an IV of vitamin C, and that is mentioned as optional in the Cutler book. One may take vitamin C three or four times a day orally. One may reduce or eliminate the thiols or sulfur foods from the diet. These are things that came to mind. Cutler's book has an entire range of choices. B complex vitamins might be indicated at this point, too. I am not sure about molybdenum, zinc or other trace minerals at this point, but I am guessing they would not hurt during the procedures you are about to undergo. Someone correct me if I am off here. Guest guest
i''m scheduled to remove 2 fillings in 2 weeks, my first session to begin amalgam removal. i'm excited, and nervous. i have 2 homeopathic solutions given to me by my kinesiologist to take for the 2 weeks prior, to prepare. are there any supplements, or anything else i need to do, to better prepare for mercury filling removal? what about during, immediately after, and in-between sessions? thanks, julie _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
Take milk thistle too; to help your liver.... Vit E and Magnesium might be good too.... Here's a more complete list: Antioxidants (to protect your cells): Vit C, B and E, Mixed Carotenes Minerals: Magnesium, Zinc, Molybdenum, Selenium Note: Some people react poorly to selenium so try a bit and see how it effects you. EFAs: Like Flax Oil and perhaps Borage and Fish Oil If you are going to be using novocaine: no Vit C for 24 hours before dental work and NO COFFEE (or other source of caffeine) before dental work -they can prevent the novocaine from working. B Vitamins can help with the pain and swelling of the dental work. You can take a bit extra before and after. B1 and B6 especially. Activated charcoal taken just before and after amalgam removal is rumored to help bind with mercury and help it pass through your system without being adsorbed. I am not sure if it's true, but it is cheep and I don't think it will do any harm. -
