If you serve it immediately, you will actually get double the amount (8 cups). 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup raspberry-flavored vinegar (maybe raspberry vinagrette?) 1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally..
