Guest guest Posted July 9, 2004 Report Share Posted July 9, 2004 Healthy Exchanges by Jo Lund Apple Eggnog 2 cups unsweetened apple juice 1 (4 serving) pkg Jell-O Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 tsp JO's Apple Pie Spice 2 cups Wells' Blue Bunny sugar-free and fat-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt In a blender container, combine apple juice, dry pudding mix and apple pie spice. Cover and process on blend 15 seconds. Add ice cream. Continue to process on blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
