Guest guest Posted October 16, 1999 Report Share Posted October 16, 1999 Yep I am still induction until Tuesday. For breakfast I usually cook up some eggs and a few strips of bacon. For lunch and dinner it varies... Some of the things i've been eating are roast, baked chicken (with different low-carb " allowed " seasonings), steak, pork chops, veggies, or salad.
