Yep I am still induction until Tuesday. For breakfast I usually cook up some

eggs and a few strips of bacon. For lunch and dinner it varies... Some of

the things i've been eating are roast, baked chicken (with different low-carb

" allowed " seasonings), steak, pork chops, veggies, or salad. When I get

hungry between meals I usually eat either sugar free jello, deli turkey/ham,

cheese, or one of the Atkins shakes (I tried those Advantage Bars and really

didn't like them). :)

Hi erin welcome please dont be scared off this list

will be back to its normal chattiness by monday and

friendly post will take back over soem ppl dont like

a reply i made about not changeing the chattness of

the list Hope when thing return to normal you will

find friendship and support you were looking for I

know more then alot of ppl have.

Hi , tell me please a sample of your diet. You have done great. I have

been stalled at 169 for quite a while. Are you doing induction? Do you eat a
