Guest guest
hi debi sorry to hear you had to go in to hospital, but glad you are home again. i am totally high-strung, definitely have probs with high b.g.s from stress. had been off from working for about six months, then took a contract with some old clients. nice people, but their situation drives me nuts...still, thought that a 3-month contract in a familiar place would be good to start out with as a first job since becoming diabetic. anyways, my first few days my b.g.s rocketed up until i decided this time, i wasn't gonna kill myself, just let the project drag out as was inevitable...and do a lot of audible sighing. no joke, that actually seemed to help. this doctor i saw said to do that, said people often kinda hold their breath when they're tense. now my clients are so late, my project is on hiatus and i'm home again. it's amazing - only been a couple of days and i'm full of energy. and suddenly, i'm not having to fuss as much because of my numbers, although that could be because of a number of things. (got sick a couple of weeks ago - that was hideous for my numbers - and doctor changed my regimen again, so maybe things are just settling more into place right at this moment.) (but boy thinking about the topic of depression, maybe i was kind of depressed.) ok. well, that's probably not tons of help...but you do have company! rach > I have been in the hospital for a while with pancres problems.
