Hi , You can do light therapy yourself, get verilux lightbulbs and sit under them. I did talk therapy, and worked on some issues. My insurance pays most of my medication. I take Zoloft. Carmen, I had depression and anxiety long before my diagnosis as well. DJ, I am out of the hospital now and have high does of steroids. My blood sugars are pretty high but they increased my insulin. Hi Helen, I just wanted to mention to yiu that zoloft has been known to affect peoples muscles, not unlike seizures, when given at a high dose.
